@domenergysc do you ever answer the phone. Requested a call back and was told 26-54 minutes. 2 hours later nothing. Now I’ve been on hold for 49 minutes. Hello??? Are you there??

Also the lady scanning tickets at the MBS airport for the first #delta flight was so rude this morning.

I highly suggest that no one ever use @Expedia to book travel plans- worst customer service ever.

@Expedia your online chat is horrible and doesn’t even work. Keeps telling me to start over and it can’t help! WHATS THE POINT OF A CHAT IF IT WONT WORK.

Trying to change a plane ticket and @Expedia website says to call to change my flight. I call and then it says it can’t help due to my flight being after May 31st. The website nor the app isn’t helping. Can someone please help me-
