A patient with a stent-within-a-stent occlusion of the left common iliac artery presented with severely limited flow and ischemic symptoms. Conventional guidewires repeatedly tracked between stent layers and failed to access the true lumen of the inner stent. The PowerWire® 14 RF Guidewire enabled a precise, centered crossing through the occlusion, allowing access to the inner stent and successful recanalization.
