Grad Student Appreciation Week - Mayte Gonzalez, @BryanShaw Group. Her research focuses on ALS-linked protein superoxide dismutase-1, a metalloenzyme that regulates superoxide radicals in the body. Also, she works to improve accessibility for blind & visually-impaired students.

Graduate Student Appreciation Week - celebrating Joel Yoder in the @RomoGrp_Baylor. His research focuses on applying the paradigm of “Pharmacophore-Directed Retrosynthesis” towards the synthesis of biologically active polyketide natural products. @baylorgraduate

Graduate Student Appreciation Week - celebrating @KanikaVashisth. Her research has shown that carborane-substituted boranes are more effective than halogen-containing boranes due to their large steric profile and high fluoride ion affinity. @baylorgraduate
