I proudly spoke about "Controlling Cardiometabolic Risk Factors in 4.6 million Population- A Nation Leading Model". ⚡ Shared research showing how death rates from heart disease and stroke among members of Northern California #KaiserPermanente dropped at twice the national rate. ⚡ How our value based care model rewards healthy outcomes. ⚡ How quality initiatives are successfully implemented, thanks to thousands of physicians and non physicians coming together in a team based approach. ⚡️There was also a phenomenal panel discussion on aligning #QualityInitiatives with #PatientCenteredCare.
