Why doesn't the media talk about the peacekeepers killed by Israel in Lebanon?
Israel deliberately killed three UN Indonesian peacekeeper and wounded others in Lebanon.
Israel cannot continue to be treated as a full member of the UN.
Attacking UN peacekeepers is an abomination which was in the past perpetrated by terrorists, but never by members of the UN.
Some of you pretended to care what the UN had to say in 1948. Do you care that the UN of today has had more UN personnel killed in the last 2 years than in its history.
This is the moment we can salvage what remains of the UN and international law. I call on everyone to unite for the sake of our humanity and to end impunity for violating international law.

Step-by-step
First, they make cities car-dependent with poor public transport. This forces almost everyone to own a car just to survive
Second, they kill foreign competition. They slap 100–300% taxes and duties on imported cars so you can’t afford a Honda, Toyota or anything better
Third, they push “national cars” that are mostly rebranded Chinese or Japanese car
Fourth, they ban real alternatives so the only artificially affordable option left is another Proton or Perodua on 9-year hire-purchase
Last, you end up trapped
- deep in debt
- hooked on fuel subsidies
- stuck in the middle-class cage
- and yes far easier to control

Land public transport and land goods transport are still heavily subsidised under the Skim Kawalan Diesel Bersubsidi (SKDS). They are able to purchase diesel at RM1.88 per litre and RM2.15 per litre respectively, provided they are registered with KPDN. We have not seen complaints of express bus ticket prices soaring because of this. As for the prices of goods, there are other factors that will contribute to higher prices in the foreseeable future but registered logistics and transport companies are still shielded by subsidised diesel under SKDS.
