If this person is actually a defense attorney, notice they said intoxicated and DWI. Tiger wasn't charged with being intoxicated nor a DWI. He was charged with property damage and a DUI. DUI and DWI, while sometimes interchangeable are not the same things

Oh boy do we have a lot to discuss. I’ve represented about 100 people charged with DWI. 78% of those cases have been dismissed. Tiger in this video is among the least intoxicated I’ve seen on a body cam. He’s cogent and responsive. The officer administering the HGN has no idea what she’s doing. Violates every rule in the NHTSA manual. He also does not appear to be slurring his words.
