@OfficialBDSL We are aware of an incident that occurred yesterday between a spectator and official where physical contact was made. The league board and referee board are in agreement that any future incidents will be dealt with by match abandonment and board review. 🧵

If a challenge for the ball is careless, reckless or using excessive force, it is a foul whether or not a player makes contact with the ball. The referee awards a free kick/penalty kick and takes appropriate sanction, even if the offender touches the ball when making a challenge.

4-1 W over @BigGreenSC in a very poorly/interestingly officiated game (both ways). Shortly after the first goal the ref decided to tell everyone he “might be gay” and then later claimed it’s the ARs job to call fouls and not his. I blame the sun in his eyes

(11/16) We are pleased to welcome back our Director of Referee Harassment. He was recorded to have the highest xYellow per 90 in the entire BDSL last season (1.76 x🟨/90min). There are 3 guarantees in life: death, taxes and his hatred for all refs.
