This passage is about Abraham celebrating the feast of tabernacles (Sukkot), not a proto meccan hajj. The chapter heading makes it obvious as Jubilees 16:20–31 is titled the "Institution of the feast of Tabernacles.", but I suppose I shall endeavor to correct you as well. According to the text, Abraham celebrated for 7 days, built booths for himself and his servants, offered sacrifices at an altar, carried palm branches and other vegetation, circled the altar 7 times each morning (Not the Meccan hajj at all), established an ordinance specifically for Israel, did all this at the Well of the Oath — Beersheba, not Mecca. Jubilees even expresses plainly that Abraham "was the first to celebrate the feast of tabernacles on the earth." The verses that follow this tie the festival directly to Israel dwelling in booths and carrying leafy branches. That's Sukkot, one of the 7 High Holy days in the Torah Law. You spotted the phrase "going round the altar... seven times" and jumped to treating any sevenfold circling as evidence of Hajj, in some grandiose attempt at proving Islam, but this doesn't necessarily substantiate the conclusion. Every detail points to the same thing: an altar, not the Kaaba; Beersheba, not Mecca; booths, not ihram; palm branches, not the Black Stone; the Feast of Tabernacles, not a pilgrimage in Dhū al-Ḥijjah; an ordinance for Israel, not for the descendants of Ishmael; and Abraham circling the altar seven times each morning for seven straight days, not a single seven-circuit tawaf.
