This old lady (mid 40s) on the amtrak today made a post about a webinar at her company that will be held tomorrow. This poor soul “Tommy” liked her linkedin post and commented “I’m excited for the webinar tomorrow”……….. …….I sympathize. I’ve been there. But if I was in my 40s and felt that it would benefit my career to performatively type out the words “I’m excited for the webinar tomorrow” it would be while loading a magazine to unload in the office the following day to send 15-20 of my co-workers to hell with me.
