@shantanugoel I faced a similar thing. I was looking to get some leads & info for robots. I was either met with untrained staff or they'd take all details and never get back. The Chinese ones were prompt to text me on WA the next day and give all info. Unlatched speed and customer experience.

Most of Indian small biz owners have a long way to go to compete with anyone from China. Contacted a bunch of sellers via IndiaMart for buying USB LED lights for my 3d printed light boxes, but most of them ghosted after a bunch of whatsapp conversations (where they took several hours/days to reply anyways). Even after confirming order and taking all personal details for billing. On the contrary, if I contact anyone from china, I get immediate answers, catalogs, better prices including shipping from china compared to getting anything even from within the country, and orders get booked/shipped quickly. The only reason I've to deal with Indian sellers is because of customs hassles for small time importers like me. Should instead tie up with a dropshipper or something and just get these lights from China. Would likely be even 50% cheaper.

This robot is 3D printing directly onto a heart. It's so flexible and small that it can enter the human body and can repair organ or tissue damage

A bit of Midjourney AI testing. the results are fascinating and I'm excited to see this tool being used in concept designs, although some results could be bizarre. Sharing some of my prompts and their results here - 1. What is time and reality? Hyper dig…lnkd.in/gXWdatDX
