@DoctorTurtleboy It took the FBI months of investigating to charge a step brother for murdering his sister when they were the only two people in the room. It took Michael Proctor a few hours to determine who killed a Boston cop in a storm on a lawn missing a hat, shoe, coat and blood from head.

John O’Keefe was not hit by a car. This is an indisputable statement of fact. John O’Keefe is a homicide victim, whose body was found on Brian Albert’s front lawn. This is an indisputable statement of fact. John Okeefe hit his head on a rigid surface, causing a 2 inch gash on the back of his head, and his right arm was bit by a dog. These are indisputable facts. The people inside Brian Albert’s house were never treated as potential suspects, and many of them were never even interviewed. Those who were had hours alone together to get their story straight. They never came out of the house to help, and didn’t offer their home up to first responders throughout the day. None of them saw his huge body 10 feet away from the curb when they drove by him. None of them were checked for scratches, bruises, or cuts. They sold the home that was never searched, but only after they were accused of being involved in the murder in court filings. The aggressive dog slept through the whole thing and then they got rid of her. They got rid of their phones the day before a preservation order. They called each other when they were sleeping and blamed it on butt dials. They butt answered during sexual intercourse. They monitored police activity and directed each other to stick to the story that the guy never came in the house. They called and answered calls at 5:07, 6:07, and 6:08 when they were sleeping. They never went to bed and were awake at 4:30 AM after a night of drinking. They moved suspicious bags from car to car at the police station at 2 AM while drunk. They coached Kerry Roberts through a timeline and lied to her so much that she repeated those lies to the grand jury. They explained boxing scars by lying under oath about falling on ice and bracing themselves with fists. Chris Albert’s testimony destroyed his son’s timeline and proved that he lied. They offered bribes to the lead detective who never questioned their son, who was in his sisters wedding party. They never spoke to the most important non-house defendant witness - the plow driver - until I made them. They left the house in a blizzard to do their unrecorded interviews across town. They didn’t find any taillight until 3 guys Lt OHarra didn’t recognize started to help them search. They Googled “how long to die in cold” at 2:27 AM when it made no logical sense to google that unless they were plotting to murder someone, and then erased that google search. They made sure that an innocent woman was arrested, and then they pressured the DA to arrest an innocent man for doing what the police wouldn’t and investigate this murder properly. Karen Read did not and could not have killed John Okeefe, which means someone else did. We all know who did it Steve. The jury that acquitted her knew. We all know.

From my colleague GatorBoy: Just when you think the Kelsey Fitzsimmons story couldn't get any more sad wait until you hear this. Let’s introduce you to Lydia Pacheco, because anyone who kicks people while they’re at the lowest point of their life deserves a social media awareness post. Sgt. Pacheco is a correction officer for the Hampden County Sheriff's Office . Kelsey Fitzsimmons was returned to jail in Chicopee, Massachusetts on September 11th, 2025 due to being a young mother in pain with a doctor’s note — all because she was having trouble breathing into a SCRAM device after being shot in the chest and suffering a broken rib, something that can cause pain for months. While every other deputy was reportedly extremely professional, this one allegedly made it her mission to make Kelsey’s life hell and try to break her. Kelsey went through the initial booking process, including being strip searched, put through a body scan, and then being handcuffed and shackled before being walked to a cell. After only a short walk to the cell, this is when Corporal Pacheco allegedly decided that another strip search was necessary, and instantly started what would become four months of hell for Fitzsimmons. According to sources, she would allegedly interrupt religious meetings and even attorney-client meetings because she didn’t believe Kelsey was using her iPad for the “correct” thing. And if there was another way to make Kelsey’s time there harder, sources say she seemed more than willing to do it. But this wasn’t even the worst part. The worst came on December 9th, 2025, when she and another corrections officer allegedly decided it was time for yet another unnecessary body scan, drug test and a search of Kelsey’s cell. During that search, Kelsey’s pictures, books, and other personal belongings were allegedly thrown all over the place while they tore through the cell. Then the unthinkable happened. When Kelsey returned to her cell, she found ripped-up pictures of her son on the floor. Kelsey later met with the Superintendent of the jail, who reportedly showed deep concern over the alleged actions of Pacheco and promised there would be an investigation. As of now, the status of that investigation is still unclear. Between 9/11/2025 and 12/23/2025, roughly 10 complaints were reportedly filed against Officer Pacheco. If this kind of behavior isn’t enough to outrage people, I’m honestly not sure what is. Because when someone goes as low as ripping up pictures of someone’s child when that's one thing holding them together, that is the lowest of the low. and not just disgusting behavior — it’s inhumane. Shame on you, Hampden County Sheriff’s Office, for employing someone capable of this kind of cruelty. Tim Bradl said on @DoctorTurtleboy’s show last night that the Commonwealth wasn’t going to seek jail time if Kelsey Fitzsimmons was found guilty. Keep in mind they tried to indict her on attempted MURDER. Just goes to show they don’t even believe their own BS.

What stood out to me in the @DropMicrodots propaganda-fueled video is how much defense material was used, including surveillance video from the home and the 209A Abuse Prevention Order. Was he hired by Kelsey’s defense like he was by AJ in the Karen Read case? Curiously missing are key documented incidents that provide context, like the October 2024 trip to Croatia, "where the mother threatened to k*ll herself and leave a note blaming the father." Upon their return, when "she became erratic, when the father wanted to call 911, she held a knife to her head and threatened self-harm. He eventually calmed her and insisted she go to a crisis center in Lawrence, where she attended several follow-up appointments." The March 2025 incident that involved "her mother restraining her in the kitchen while her stepfather called 911. After a prolonged argument, with emergency services present, she agreed to go to the hospital, where a physician issued a Section 12 order requiring psychiatric evaluation." Also missing are witness statements from the Bethel, Maine trip, where friends documented her throwing a Stanley tumbler down the stairs at one friend’s head, a box of champagne glasses at another, requiring a friend to restrain her, getting kicked in the process, when not being restrained, the mother ran over unprompted and kicked the friend in the knee again. The mother then ran into the woods, leaving friends to search for her. The weekend ended with friends fleeing the getaway, and her parents picking up the baby from the father’s parents at 3 AM. The friends’ drive home also included a sideswipe incident, where the statement reflects the friend "did not want to assume who was driving". All of these incidents were documented in calls to Bethel PD, Methuen PD, and North Andover PD. Each incident was either witnessed or documented, not reliant on the father’s word. It appears the information provided to Microdots was either excluded or omitted, despite being publicly available. Leaving these incidents out of the video paints an incomplete picture, ignoring the clear pattern of the mother’s escalating behavior and instability over seven months, not to mention the poor judgment in deciding to run a social media campaign aimed at the father, including an audio and video recording of him.
