@BeachesWi
We are a fun loving bunch of women who enjoy the social side of our WI - oh and eating cake!

We're looking forward to #DIPforCLIC at Newquay Harbour on New Year's Day. We'll be broadcasting live as hundreds of brave people submerge themselves into the cold water, all raising money for @NewquayCLIC. Registration opens at 12pm and it's a £5 donation to take part.

Did you know, parts of the 1952 Clark Gable film “Never let me go” were shot right here in Newquay. Including this high-speed chase scene down Beach Road, and the Harbour Hill. It then cuts to the quay at Mevagissey Harbour for the final dramatic ending!

What a day! A visit by our patron HRH The Earl of Wessex to view progress of our transformation, announcing legendary lyricist Sir Tim Rice as our new Honorary President & a delicious lunch hosted by members of Cornwall Federation of Women’s Institutes.
