Café Luz Negra is a space surrounded by art and culture, with books and works by artists from across the region.
With coffee produced on its own farm in the Tecapa Chinameca mountains, every cup is part of a process that reflects the origin and care behind every bean.

Ingredients:
• 1 banana
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon artisanal Salvadoran cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 shot of espresso made with Salvadoran specialty coffee
• Ice
• Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
• Blend the banana with milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until it turns creamy.
• Fill a glass with ice and the shot of espresso; we used Red Bourbon Natural from Bean of Fire.
• Top the drink with the creamy Chocobanano foam and garnish with ground cinnamon.
• Enjoy!✨

Ingredients:
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 80-100 g Greek yogurt
• Salvadoran suspiros (wafer cookies)
• Freshly brewed espresso made with Salvadoran specialty coffee
• Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
• In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk and brown sugar until creamy and pale.
• Stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.
• Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the espresso; we used Red Bourbon Natural from Bean of Fire, and layer them in a small dish.
• Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
• Repeat layers if desired.
• Finish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
• Enjoy!✨

• 2 cups cold brew made with Salvadoran specialty coffee
• Ice
Instructions:
• In separate bowls, mix the dessert milk with the dulce de leche or the barley drink; whisk until you get a creamy foam.
• Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the cold brew; we used Red Bourbon Natural from Bean of Fire.
• Top each drink with its respective foam.
• Enjoy! ✨
