Ingredients: • Ice • 1/4 cup artisan chocolate syrup • 1 cup milk • 1 shot of espresso made with Salvadoran specialty coffee • Frothed milk • Cocoa powder Instructions: • Fill a glass with ice and add the artisan chocolate syrup. • Pour in the milk and add the shot of espresso, we used Red Bourbon Natural from Bean of Fire. • Top with frothed milk and sprinkle with cocoa powder to taste. • Enjoy! ✨

Ingredients: • 425g whipped cream powder • 1 cup water • 1/2 cup condensed milk • 1/3 cup sugar • 1 shot of espresso made with Salvadoran specialty coffee Instructions: • In a large bowl, mix the whipped cream powder with water, condensed milk, sugar, and 1 shot of espresso. Whip until light and fluffy. • Cut slices of Semita and lightly soak them in espresso. • In a small dish, add a layer of espresso-soaked Semita. • Spoon over a layer of the coffee cream. • Repeat the layers once more — Semita, then cream. • Finish with a final layer of cream and a dusting of ground cinnamon on top. • Enjoy!✨
