@AlpacaAurelius Water is a tough one. The rabbit hole is very deep. Deuterium, alkaline, mineral content, structured water, magnetism, microplastics. Lots of variables and not sure which to optimize for. For now I have settled with filtering spring water through a Berkey and calling it good.

fyi, Brita filters are largely bullsh*t they mainly remove chlorine to improve the taste of the water, but leave in the fluoride, most of the pesticides, pharmaceuticals and smaller endocrine disrupting chemicals
