Question.. I can't comment on anything it fails to send and is a post not comment.What is this issue?

@TeamYouTube I'm trying to reply to a comment someone left on my Short yesterday but that comment along with all the other comments have disappeared. The number still shows but when I click on it I can't see anything and the comment shave been deleted. Is this an ongoing bug?

Anybody else just been logged out of Facebook messenger and can't log back in? Unknown error

This is how bad the @TeamYouTube, @YouTube and @Google comment system has gotten. I have to send the same comment several times just to get ONE comment to actually save. This is cave-bear troubleshooting at this point. Paste. Send. Paste. Send. Repeat a few more times. Refresh. Refresh. Refresh. Then hope one version finally sticks and doesn’t disappear again. That is not normal. A basic comment should not require brute force just to stay posted. Dear YouTube, I wonder how many people have posted a comment on a video, clicked onto another video, and never even realized their comment didn’t save?

Hi @TeamYouTube @YouTube @Google, I don’t want the usual automated response telling me to clear my cache, uninstall/reinstall the app, or update my browser. I’m using YouTube on a browser, so I can’t “uninstall the app,” and clearing cache has not fixed this. Can I please get real human help with these long-running YouTube bugs? I’ve been dealing with several YouTube comment and feedback issues for years, possibly over five years at this point. Comments are not saving properly. I post a comment, it appears for a second, and it even shows up in my Google activity, but after refreshing the page, the comment is gone. Editing comments is also broken. When I try to save an edited comment, YouTube gives me a “Returned Error” message instead of saving the edit. Comment reply notifications are broken too. When I click a notification for a comment reply, comments sometimes blend behind other comments, and the reply button becomes unclickable. I sometimes have to use the Tab key just to navigate the page. The feedback system itself is also broken. I tried sending feedback through Google/YouTube, but it says, “We could not send your feedback.” This happened before too, so even the system meant to report bugs is not working. This is not just one small issue. It affects posting comments, editing comments, replying to people, using notification replies, and reporting the problem through feedback. Please don’t send me a generic troubleshooting script. I need this looked at properly by a human, because these issues have been going on for years and still are not fixed. #YouTube #Google
