@dtf1947 @TaxRise Most wealthy dont fail to pay their taxes and the top 1% pay 40% of all taxes collected while the bottom 50% of the US economically speaking ie less than $44,000 pay only 3% of all taxes so by this logic a Fair tax would cause the poorest to pay more and the richest to pay less.

@TaxRise Let me get this straight. You can fail to pay your taxes but get a deal that forgives the back tax debt but you have to pay your student loans because it’s not fair to tax payers who actually pay their taxes to forgive that debt? 🤔
