It's exactly this. They've got the figures. They know (within reason & fairly accurately) what both ends of the live gate/PPV numbers will be and have done the math. And if they can host the fights at the P.I. and have it not totally shit the sheets financially, you can bet your sissy ass that's exactly what they're going to do.
