@cxovelurisi Yeah logistically it's a lot. It was just a thought that instantly came to mind. But hospitality is kind of a losing game if you are attaching it to a establishment that is more bespoke / less overtly commercial. (Not saying it won't make money but clearly passion is the driver)

That would require a food processing license, which requires a full commercial kitchen, which requires a whole other staff and a lot of money. I'd be more likely to just give the fries away for free at events Managing to make money on ANY of this through a processing kitchen outlet would require a whole different setup. I'm growing for beauty, not for output. And the difference in growing methods for those things is staggering. The way I'm growing does not scale up in a way that allows it to be useful for processing in bulk like that

We've got a lot of garden centers and grow shops in this part of the state, but you can't see a potato or hemp plant growing at ANY of them. This is a huge hole in the market My dream farm at the edge of town has demo gardens with various growing methods and plants. And a grow/gardening/smoke shop (where the money is actually made) The produce is not for sale. It's used for demonstration only The license for just *growing* commercial hemp (that looks and smells and tastes and feels like regular pot) in this state is just a hundred bucks a year. It seems a little bit weird to be growing pot and not selling it. But there is not a single grow shop in the state that can show you what plants look like growing. This may sound like a small opportunity, but it's actually huge
