As part of our in-school activities, pupils showcased their creativity and digital skills by designing a new logo for @EdenmillFarm —a great opportunity to apply creative thinking to a real-world project. Check out some examples below!

Week 2 of Creative Wellbeing was in full swing on Tuesday, with a variety of activities taking place both in school and at @EdenmillFarm . A big thank you to all the subjects involved for giving young people the opportunity to express their creativity in new and exciting ways.

In science, pupils developed their understanding of the human body by drawing the skeleton and accurately labelling its parts. They used their critical thinking and spatial awareness to complete the task effectively 😊

In PE, S1 pupils took part in an orienteering challenge. Pupils used their collaborative and problem solving skills to find designated areas 😃

We thoroughly enjoyed inviting parents, carers & our #community partners to our Pupil Improvement Team Breakfast today! Over 50 young people from S1-S6 have been working closely with staff on school priorities, demonstrating their fantastic #Leadership & #Collaboration skills.🌟

In D&T, pupils used their problem solving and collaboration skills to build shelters out of the resources left behind from the hurricane ⛺️ #outdoorclassroomday2024 @BearsdenAcademy

In PE, pupils used their orienteering skills to locate missing people and rescue them to safety 📍 #outdoorclassroomday2024 @BearsdenAcademy

In IT, pupils completed a flood simulation activity and then explored how AI could assist with mapping flooded areas, predicting flood spread, and planning evacuation routes‼️ #outdoorclassroomday2024 @BearsdenAcademy

In Science, pupils were using their knowledge and practical skills to solve the problem of clean water shortage after a hurricane 🌧️💧🌧️ #outdoorclassroomday2024
