As police still SEARCH for the suspects, the victim's family is looking for ANSWERS as they claim this was an ESCALATING situation that the Hackensack School District and Police IGNORED! The aunt of the 16-year-old victim showed up at the Hackensack City Council meeting hours after the incident, claiming that they pulled the boy from Hackensack High School earlier in the years over ongoing THREATS to his safety, including people showing up to her sister's house with SKI MASKS. The aunt said the family has made numerous complaints to the Hackensack School Board and to police, and NOTHING was done!
