@spikedonline What a retarded take. Who cares if Burnham does become PM, he'll likely be even worse than Starmer. Little changes. It's more important for Restore to put a shot across the bows of Reform than to prevent Burnham getting elected.

Rupert Lowe’s vanity is off the charts. His party, Restore Britain, is shaving votes from Reform UK in Makerfield. This could hand a victory to Andy Burnham and let the ‘King of the North’ become PM. Restore is the enemy of populism, says Brendan O’Neill buff.ly/DbiUXiS

I think unless all patriotic voters unite behind Reform in Makerfield then Andy Burnham will win, call an early snap general election and put Britain under a hard left government until 2031. If you don’t want this to happen then vote Reform. mattgoodwin.org/p/a-prediction…

@darrengrimes Why does it matter if Burnham gets in? He'd be as bad as, if not worse then Starmer. It's much more important now to put a shot across the bows of Reform, than to prevent Burnham getting in. Reform aren't it.

Restore Britain didn’t stand in Aberdeen South so the Tories would be unimpeded there, now they’re standing in Makerfield, attempting to split the vote in favour of Burnham and Labour. Is Rupert Lowe the greatest asset to the uniparty?

@models_by_Russ >>> stonking majority anyway, one extra seat makes no difference. It's far more important to put a shot across the bows of Reform now than it is to beat Burnham. Reform will be a let down in government, Restore is realistically our only chance of real change.

@models_by_Russ Why is everyone so scared about Burnham winning this seat? If Restore split the vote and Burnham wins so what? Starmer likely beats him in a leadership election anyway, and him winning only increases the Labour civil war which won't go down well with voters. Labour have a >>>

Someone needs to stand down in Makerfield, and fast. I would love nothing more than to see Restore take the seat, I really would. They are growing, they are gaining ground, and what they stand for is everything this country needs. But the simple truth is they are not there yet. Not at this moment. And by standing both parties against each other, all we are doing is splitting the vote and handing the seat straight to Labour on a plate. That is the last thing this area or this nation can afford. I’m no great fan of Nigel Farage either. I’ll be honest — I have my doubts. I’m not convinced that even if he found himself in the highest office, he would actually have the backbone to do what is truly necessary to fix this country. But right now, right here, Reform is the only realistic option we have. They are the only vehicle with the organisation, the support and the reach to actually make an impact where it counts. Restore have built something good, something real, and they should be proud of what they have achieved. But for this by‑election, the smart move, the patriotic move, would be for them to step aside. I would love to see a carefully worded statement from Rupert Lowe, asking his supporters and the faithful to lend their vote to Reform this time around — not to abandon what they believe in, but to protect it. To hold the line, to stop the opposition from taking more ground, and to make sure that when Restore are ready to fight and win in their own right, the path is still open. It is one minute to midnight for the United Kingdom. We are in a mess deeper than most people dare admit, and petty battles of ego and pride will only sink us faster. We need Reform now, so that one day we can truly Restore everything we have lost.

@Tokerrrrrr1 @RaducanuNews You call me retarded and say she's top 30 in the world. She isn't, she's currently 39 in the world in live rankings. She's crashing and burning pal, can't beat the world ranked 78. If it wasn't for wildcards she'd be goosed.

Everyone is panicking about @RestoreBritain_ splitting @reformparty_uk vote and allowing Burnham to win. The panic is misplaced. The worst political outcome would be Restore stepping aside to allow Reform a victory. With its current direction of travel, Reform offers the country no redemption. By stepping aside, Restore would concrete in Reform’s hopelessness. Restore must fight this election and do the best it can. If it were to gain 7% of the vote, as predicted, that would send an earth quake through Reform. Reform might then correct its ways. A Burnham victory makes not a blind bit of difference to the country. Labour has a 156 seat majority. Whether Burnham or some other idiot from Labour becomes PM makes no difference. And for those worried about an early general election - turkeys do not vote for Christmas. It is not happening. Restore and Rebecca Shepherd must fight this by election tooth and nail. I know @_AdvanceUK supporters are already in Makerfield campaigning on their behalf. I will help where I can.

@arielhelwani How they had it even after 10 rounds is beyond me, Rico was beating Usyk up. Premature corrupt stoppage aside, they would have robbed Rico on the scorecards anyway. What a night for Rico though, incredible.
