i did a workshop last week w/ a group of yt queer organizers and i told them that their so called « activist fatigue » is b/c they don’t have an embodied liberation practice they can draw from since they spend more time appropriating the knowledge systems of non-yt people instead

As a genocide scholar, I have tried to understand the arguments I have read for why Israel’s conduct in Gaza does not constitute genocide. I struggle. The counter-arguments are not difficult. Here are 8 arguments I've heard and what I think in response. 1/n

@SarahDeemerPhD I think it depends on the individual but for me have the changes made so I could see how it “should” be done was really effective (early on at least)

@BeccaForight Yeah - I try to make suggestions through comments only and rarely use the track changes so that there is the thought and learning put into the re-write. Just not sure if I’m being effective or not with this method.
