Ward 30 GRI celebrate #WDAD2024 in @NHSGGC by highlighting @signguidelines recommendation to reduce delirium risk by optimising nutrition and hydration, while promoting cognitive engagement! What a wonderful party - the patients (and staff) really enjoyed themselves 💜🦸🍰
