Pulled an April Fool’s day prank on my niece and nephews. Brussel sprout cake pops. Their faces were hilarious but now I know karma is real. Went to the car after to get their actual cake pops and fell and busted my knee 😂

@AlpacaAurelius Ozempic has gotten my A1C down to 6 from 7.3. Nothing else has worked well for me. It does make me throw up but the side effects seem like a nuisance compared to the benefits. As someone who’s struggled losing weight and has tried multiple diets Ozempic has been a Godsend.

Proud of myself. This is the lowest it’s ever been and the Dr said he wanted it under 7. Finally did it!
