I’m thinking about making an offer on a commercial building and it’s in a very charming small town. The city is just under 1,000 people and the closest town with more services is about 25 miles away. What is what is something that all small towns need? For reference : The city already has a: Bookstore Bank Thrift store Bar Café Mini market Library City Hall CPA Insurance Agency What is missing? Keep in mind this is a rural area with farmland all around it.

The concept of a government shutdown renders me aghast. How would our local citizens react if city leaders fooled around polishing their egos, failed to approve a budget, and then let basic services shut down? Keeping a government's doors open is a bare minimum. Demand better.
