You might not realize it yet, but we're part of the first generation of women with the freedom to build lives on our own terms-emotionally, financially, and independently, without needing a husband or children to define us. This level of autonomy is something many of our grandmothers and great-grandmothers never had access to. It's not just progress-it's power. Celebrate it. Own it. You are living a life they only dreamed could be possible.

Rage baiting is what Proverbs 26 warns about. Don’t get pulled into dumb arguments. And don’t stay silent when truth matters. Wisdom is knowing when to speak & when to walk away.

We have spent years being told it is “just a period problem” while our skin, our weight, our mood, and our energy were all falling apart. Today, the medical world finally admitted you were right. PCOS is now PMOS.

If you have been fighting to be understood, this is the moment the system starts catching up to what you already knew about your own body. Save this. Send it to your sister, your friend, your cousin. The name has changed. The conversation is changing, we are here for all of it.

Guys .. NDOKUMBIRAWO MARI YENYU 🙏🙏🥹🥹 please 🙏 Hi there, I wanted to share Natasha's story. She's a 24-year-old final-year med student fighting a serious cancer called ALK-negative Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, and her treatment costs are overwhelming. Even a small share or donation can help her get the medication she needs to continue her fight and finish her dream of becoming a doctor. Please consider supporting or sharing to help Natasha during this tough time. 💙 gofund.me/dbe0862f4 gofund.me/dbe0862f4

Which country have you visited and would do it over and over again because it was that amazing for you? I need to plan my next trip expeditiously, I don't like not having a trip to look forward to

The danger with “headlines” is that not many people on this app have the mental aptitude to go beyond them, as evidenced by the countless comments here that are empty of facts. This is not a reversal of the land reform Zimbabwe implemented. What’s being returned are farms tied to foreign nationals from Denmark, Germany, Netherlands & Switzerland, whose ownership was protected under the Bilateral Investment Promotion & Protection Agreements. Land acquired for resettlement remains acquired, monetary compensation, is for improvements not for the land itself. When you look at it from an economic perspective it’s a good move for Zimbabwe’s re-engagement efforts. The legal aspect of it works to restore confidence in Zimbabwe’s protection of property rights, which boosts investor confidence & opens up some doors that were long close on the nation.

Zimbabwe said it was returning a number of foreign-owned farms that were seized during a violent land grab more than 25 years ago and pay compensation of $146 million bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
