A homeowner in North Fort Worth is asking for help identifying a young teen seen cruelly chasing and shooting two dogs with gel bullets ("Gellets").
Ring camera footage shows the teen relentlessly firing at the terrified dogs as they try to hide.
He is seen getting on his knees to shoot underneath an SUV at one dog trying to take cover.
Gel bullets can be heard striking cars in the driveway and the side of the house. One dog is cornered between two homes as the teen continues advancing.
Fort Worth PD has been notified and is investigating.
Those poor dogs! And people wonder why there are some dogs that attack.
Who does this stuff? Maybe someone should chase him and do the same. Don’t ever let that kid own a real firearm. Where’s his parents? 😤

I knew I was trans when I was 14 years old in 2001, in a small farm town with no peers to teach me anything about that stuff. I figured it out on my own. I'm 39 now. It doesn't matter if someone is a child or not, they deserve to be treated with dignity. If I was old enough to be tried as an adult before a jury of my peers in a court of law, then I sure as hell deserved to be treated as an adult by medical professionals and supportive peers
