Having left the brewing industry a few years ago I lost touch with my first head brewer at Franconia Brewing. Now that I'm back in Dallas, I reached out to reconnect. Two days later, his sister replied. He passed away in December. Sometimes, life can really kick you in the balls.

@bchells22 @brewerytravels Brian Brown For IPAs/stouts, recs typically are False Idol, Celestial, Turning Point, Odd Muse. Porters are scarce - I think False has one...then OM has a Cold Brew Coffee Ale on now. For a mix of styles, Vector, Peticolas, Maple Branch, Autonomous, Three Wide are a good start.
