First 2 tastings of 2021 done✔️ Had a blast hosting two Beer 101 sessions last week, 1 for a private client and the other open to the public. We tasted our way through beer styles that are becoming more popular, yet stayed away from some obvious ones.

On one side there's Tommie Sjef, coming through with the subtle stone fruit and big oak notes. And on the other side there's Nevel with a pronounced herbal bitter, pithy orange and mineralic flavours.

Getting back to some beer reviews on here. . I'm very much liking how these two breweries where able to create a blend that maintains both identities.
