Some of our sites have seen a small reduction in evening opening hours & some will be open for a shorter time on Sat. Many sites will see no change at all. These changes will save us £200k & we’ve made this choice following consultation with you. libraries.leeds.gov.uk/libraries

Library and community hub opening hours are changing after you told us when you are most likely to use services. Following consultation most sites now open late on Weds only & some close at 1pm on Sat. Check the opening hours at yours to be sure. libraries.leeds.gov.uk/libraries

We need to reduce library and community hub opening hours at the least busy times. We’ll still be open late on Wed and we’ll still be open on Sat. This is in response to almost 3000 of you telling us how you use services in a recent consultation. libraries.leeds.gov.uk/libraries

Some of our sites will see hours change on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, opening until 5pm rather than 7pm. Wednesdays remain late night opening across the majority of our sites until 7pm. Most sites remain open on Saturdays 10am -4pm, some will reduce hours opening 10-1PM
