With some troubleshooting from some great friends @mpaullus @HillAnnt & Jarrett C. we figured out that you don't need the Connect App & QR code scanner any longer. Once the software is working on the computer, you can use the iPad's Screen Mirroring feature to direct connect.

@airserver Having issues connecting today. About to do a training tomorrow for my school district. I can connect an Android device but am unable to connect an Apple iPad. I have tried several different iPads. Thanks for any help! @mpaullus
