From my experience, the quiet nights tell the truth.
When everything slows down and it’s just me and my thoughts,
I realise how much I’ve been carrying without saying it out loud.
Money. Expectations. Responsibility.
It’s not glamorous.
But this is where growth actually happens.
Not in the noise - in the silence.
And somehow… I’m still here and trying.

My great teacher, at our farewell, gave three final words for a principled life:
1. Be an eternal student — welcome correction, keep reforming, never think you already know.
2. Stand with truth always — even against parents, loved ones, or your own ego; martyrdom begins with this promise long before death.
3. Speak the language of knowledge — patience and sincerity open hearts; emotional outbursts close them.
These are hard to follow, which is why we must cultivate them deliberately.
