@FABConnects I am complaining for nth time and since July end I have been following up, you guys accepted that I am eligible for joining bonus and posted the points worth 1000 AED, However still the voucher worth 1000 AED pending to be issued. Will you sort this out or not?

@duCares complaint 1-558174009392 was supposed to give AED 149 discount from Mar 1 until Aug 31, 2025, a new promo was applied on Aug 08 without informing me that it would cancel the existing discount. Your agent Rushav refused to assist and told me to contact the social media.
