No, they mention it when Gege is involved in things coming out of Phantom Parade, 99% of the story-lines in there are basically fanfics from the developers happening in a different timeline and it's pretty unfaithful to the manga even tho they try and slowly get better at it
@onewhospunlate@Danilont3 I agree yeah environnement is important, Maki could win honestly but it's not as easy as everyone wants it to be is all I'm saying because people scale Hakari like other serie fans scale JJK
@Belevi23@Danilont3 I also think this entire fight and the domain scenario depends on whether they are fighting in a place with a ton of buildings everywhere or just a wide-open field.
Maki would have a way tougher time reaching the domain in the field, but she can use her environment otherwise.
@onewhospunlate@Danilont3 I mean we're talking punches here, SSK is getting caught into the domain when Hakari activates it like it did for Naoya and Yuta
@Belevi23@Danilont3 Idk man, I kinda think a durability-negating katana in the hands of one of the strongest characters in the verse wouldn't take long to break a domain's shell
@onewhospunlate@Danilont3 Yeah it's not a definitive statement just means there's ways to write it where she wouldn't be able to but even if she's able to in the way you'd write it, she'd still have less strength in the air and breaking a domain would take her time, more than it'd take Hakari to hit a JP
@Belevi23@Danilont3 I mean, that just depends on whatever the fluid course is and where it lies. I feel like that would mean in some areas she can jump higher while she may fail to in others.
@onewhospunlate@Danilont3 Yeah but "It's not just anywhere, it's a fluid course, which means there are restrictions", implies Maki wouldn't be able to sky-hop efficiently to reach a designated target high up and would be even less capable to hit the barrier of a domain to break it with restrcited strength
@SpookyGhostGoku@onewhospunlate Notice how In the explanatory chart, there's no mention of needing to trap someone in order to roll ? You just open it and it acts like a Pachinko machine, sure-hit aren't conditions, they're settings, he gets advantages from trapping someone in it but it's not required
@Belevi23@onewhospunlate Hakari’s sure-hit explains the rules for Idle Death Gamble because that’s a requirement to start rolling for Jackpot.
I’d assume that he can’t make rolls without a second person.
@__Tenma7@onewhospunlate You don't need the sure-hit in order to play the game, it's a setting not a condition, anyone can expand their DE in the void, it's just a barrier technique with an imbued CT, the opponent plays no role in Hakari's DE, he fights more efficiently in it but the rolling part is solo
@Danilont3@onewhospunlate Hakari can teleport his domain to a different location higher in the sky and further away like he did against Kashimo, SSK is Maki's weapon the Soul Split Katana which is supposed to cut through anything but which Sukuna counters by using offensive defense
@A_sunny_boy@onewhospunlate This doesn't change anything, if we follow your logic the domain wouldn't work against someone who isn't trying to kill him either, he rigs the fight of his club to be sure he wins, he isn't just a gambler and it doesn't go against his character nor the power system
@A_sunny_boy@onewhospunlate A domain is just a barrier imbued with a CT, you don't need to target someone with it to set it up, the sure-hit isn't a condition of activation, it's a setting, same for Higgy, he could pop it, nothing would happen because he judges a target but Hakari is just a solo pachinko
@Belevi23@onewhospunlate Non-Lethal Domains come with rules and conditions attached to them, you have to give something to gain a boon in return. It's why Higuruma explains the rules of Deadly Sentencing in detail instead of just being able to proceed and leave his opponent in the dark
