@SingForJoy44 @EWess92 No, the Supreme Court did not make a decision. You just cannot read. The Supreme Court decision is just that she has the authority to terminate it. This ninth circuit said yes you do but not until after it ends.

After the Supreme Court found that Temporary Protected Status can, at some point, end, the Ninth Circuit has now ruled that Temporary Protected Status must continue. I am skeptical that the Supreme Court will deny authority for President Trump to end *Temporary* protected status
