@BellaAndDuke There’s no issue with the food just you taking my money when I’ve repeatedly asked you not too. You’ve done it all weekend so I couldn’t use my bank when I told you to cancel the automatic payment which by the way still hasn’t been done. Not phoning anymore pointless.

@BellaAndDuke for the last time I don’t get paid til MONDAY. if you took my money early and I got my food early different matter. But I don’t. So will you please stop taking my money when I’ve told you this repeatedly. Or I will cancel my orders. Up to you

@BellaAndDuke Interested to know if you had representatives in my area knocking on doors last night? They said they were from yourselves, however they knocked my door a bit too late for my liking and weren’t exactly very professional!! Not a good impression for your business

@BellaAndDuke have you changed the formula of your food recently? My dog is refusing to eat his food. And has been fussy with it for the last 3 weeks.

@bon_bullockb Hi there - yes, you can. We don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday but other than that, you can chose a delivery date to suit.

@BellaAndDuke i have a very fussy dog and subscription doesn't work for her. She loves your beef and tripe but wont touch the salmon. Turkey, white fish, or chicken. I would like to buy mebbe a third of her food from you but your web site wont allow this.
