Grill'd's 'trainee' program is a scam that enables it to pay workers as little as $14.90 per hour. Incredibly, the Morrison Government actually funded this rort through $30 million in taxpayer subsidies. So not only does Grill'd pay below the min wage, it did so with YOUR money until Labor shut the subsidy down.
