@BBlissDPT Doing all of this will help our athletes become way more well rounded at a younger age and potentially lower the rate of concussions in younger athletes. But it starts with us, trainers and coaches to start implementing these things at a younger age to protect our kids.

@BBlissDPT Definitely can see the points that were made in this, at a younger age having more developed and powerful legs, but under developed upper body and neck/muscles that allow you to stabilize your body could definitely play a factor into concussions @ a younger age. (Cont..)
