DISCOVER CLASS 🌈 enjoyed a shared learning session this week based on the Julia Donaldson text ‘Squirrel’s Snowman’ ⛄️ In our second session the children & their adults created snowmen of their own 👍🏻 We saw lots of discussion, negotiations & fabulous teamwork 😊⭐️😊

DISCOVER class 🌈 have enjoyed exploring & experimenting with a new piece of equipment in our garden this week 🌳🌳🌳 The wooden climbing cube is providing opportunities for the children to push & challenge themselves in new ways💪🏼

The children in Discover Class 🌈 had a fabulous WORLD BOOK DAY yesterday 📒📚📒 The children came dressed in Julia Donaldson themed outfits, we took part in a treasure hunt around the school & then had a lovely ‘shared learning’ session where we read books with our grown ups ⭐️

Malet Lambert YC are looking for Year 1 & year 2 girls to form our next U8s team in September. Training is totally free of charge and it’s for 1 hour 5.50pm until 6.50pm on a Thursday night at Malet Lambert School indoor hall.

Class 5 had a great afternoon with Benny from @BlueBadgeBunch. We learnt so much about different challenges people with disabilities face, but also on how to overcome those challenges!

Class 5 have been busy writing a story from The Ugly Duckling’s perspective. Today, Class 5 took their stories as well as some props they made to reception class. Reception children loved listening to their stories and Class 5 enjoyed sharing them! 🐣🦢📖
