@Imperfect_Silk [Iri gave a confident nod and made a mental note to pester Old Penitent about it later. She opened her mouth to speak when—] 🏹💨: “YOU!” [An annoyingly familiar voice called out. Cisi stood there, clearly agitated.] 🏹💨: “How did you get in?!” [The bug glared at Moire.]

@BellhartAwaken " I would. Very much appreciate that. . . I would like to learn new pieces, to be honest. " [ Moire gave Iri a happy glance, long-pin now leaning on the bench- hands in their lap. ]

[The area was busy, bugs with things to do and friends to talk to. A few gave the silken creature a glance but continued on with their own tasks.] [Then a mantis showed up.] 💊🍃: “I’m guessing you’re new?” [The mantis asked, her antenna twitching in curiosity.]

@Imperfect_Silk [Iri gave a nod of understanding, before her face scrunched in thought.] 💊🍃: “I know Mrs Atla had lots of scrolls… maybe I can ask the council of any of them are music related?” [She offered, she seemed genuine.]

@BellhartAwaken " I used to uh- play organ and piano. Usually tunes our mother used to hum to us both. " [ They seemed a bit more comfortable now, especially with the talk about music. They did really like music, after all. ]

@Imperfect_Silk 💊🍃: “Ooo, nice. What type of music did you play?” [Iri asked, her antenna twitching on occasion as she gave Moire the space to just talk. Or exist in general.]

@BellhartAwaken [ They kept trying to think of something, before they spoken up. ] " I uh. . Used to play music in the Citadel, not for long though. And uh recently I met a bug in Shellwood. Very kind, she was. " [ They supposed that they were going to ramble, now. ]

@Imperfect_Silk [Iri noticed, duh she was a nurse, and subtly softened her posture. Took the static energy out of it. Calmed. Relaxed.] 💊🍃: “Uh huh” [The mantis said, giving Moire a bit more space. Don’t wanna crowd someone after all. But she was listening. Antenna perked.]

@BellhartAwaken " . . Uhm. Well, The Citadel was. Nice- I suppose. " " Mother and my sister are still there and uh- " " I suppose that is all . ? " [ They still were so very awkward, fidgeting still.. I don't think they got many social cues, either unfortunately.]

@Imperfect_Silk 💊🍃: “But what about you? I’ve been talking enough.” [The mantis asked, she seemed genuinely interested. Putting her chin on her claw and looking at Moire.]

@Imperfect_Silk [Iri hummed, her antenna swishing as she continue to blabber on.] 💊🍃: “Mhm! It’s soooo nice, way nicer than Hallownest was. Although… Mrs. Atla is a bit awkward. I don’t think she gets social cues.” [Iri sighed, before looking at Moire.] [+]

@Imperfect_Silk [Iri nodded along. Finally, a bug who got it!] 💊🍃: “Exactly! There are a few of us who still think Mrs. Atla is good. Because she is! What ‘evil’ bug spends weeks making a hospital, bellhomes, a PARK everything in-between for a town?” [Iri rambled, clearly annoyed.]

@BellhartAwaken " . . I see. It is quite alright. " [ Silence, for a moment though. ] " I do agree, that is quite rude of him to do. Not something one should start. Fear mongering is... Terrible. "

@Imperfect_Silk 💊🍃: “And THEN he gets everyone else to fear monger so now nearly all the bugs here think the weaver is a monster! Honestly… I wanna punch his stupid face.” [She paused, before looking at them.] 💊🍃: “Sorry… just passionate.” [Iri said, not ashamed just… acknowledging it]

@Imperfect_Silk [Iri nodded, she was listening but… it was clear the mantis was a bit of a gossip. But every bug is different I suppose.] 💊🍃: “Oh he’s this Verdanir who started going around saying the weaver who built this place was evil all along. Like hello? That’s so rude!” [+]

@Imperfect_Silk 💊🍃: “Aww, thanks! How come you came to Bellhart anyway? Oh and make sure you don’t talk to Cisi, that guy is SO full of it…” [Iri said, seemingly not minding how awkward Moire was. She herself seemed… very talkative. But maybe that was a good thing.]

@BellhartAwaken " . I had. It must be bugging. " [ They were quiet, for a moment- Pin at their side. } " You may call me Moire, Iri. You have a very nice name. " [ Very awkward, they were.. It was truly unfortunate.]

@Imperfect_Silk 💊🍃: “Cool cool. Did you get in via the security system? I didn’t see any mention of a new bug come up on the hospital system… eh, maybe it’s bugging.” [She shrugged, sitting down as well.] “Oh right. I’m Iri, and you are…?”

@BellhartAwaken " . . . Yes, very new indeed. " [ They stared at the mantis, never seeing such a bug before.. And well, they hadn't spoken to a bug truly in years. ]

@AFatesString [Cisi nodded. And turned to leave.] 🏹💨: “Shellwood is off-limits. Under no circumstances can you enter. If you do then…” [He stared at the bell home door.] 🏹💨: “Pray she remembers anything.” [The door closed with a metallic ‘clang’.]

@BellhartAwaken child- just do not bring me into it. I have had enough things happen. "

@AFatesString 🏹💨: “Well- we can’t do nothing! Not with that… monster roaming around! Was this all a trap from the start? Did the weaver plan to make us prey from the start…?” [Cisi began to ramble his own personal beliefs.] 🏹💨: “I mean… she was locked up for a reason.” [He added.]

@BellhartAwaken " ......... " " Why would we become a Target? We may have known her once, but she shows no interest in us. " [The Weaver listened as Cisi gave out the following statement.. Quiet.] " I have no clue if that may be a good idea, Child. If she's dangerous. "

@AFatesString 🏹💨: “Well… the letter mentioned you by name. So the council is worried. We fear you may become a target of… the monster she’s become.” [Cisi winced at his own words. Okay… maybe calling Atla a ‘monster’ was harsh.] 🏹💨: “We plan to… try and exterminate her. Eventually.”

@BellhartAwaken " Yes. I do. Now ask Child, what questions do you have? " [Compared to her, he was a child at least... So she wasn't being THAT mean.]

@AFatesString [The Verdanir cleared his throat as he entered.] 🏹💨: “I apologise for the… sudden visit, Miss. I have a question or two to ask.” [He paused for a moment.] 🏹💨: “I assume you have heard of… what has happened? With… the weaver” [He spoke. Right. The letter. The vanishing]

@BellhartAwaken " Huh? - Uh. Sure. You may come in. Door isn't really locked since no one else currently lives in this area. " [Mylins voice was controlled, maybe even slightly cold. But still.]

[ Distress aside, something about the look on her face says that she's firm in that decision. She cares about her. ]
