No you’re right, it’s exactly what it is. Realistic or not, it’s for impressions. The guy wasn’t even upset, he was just pointing out how dumb the trade idea is. But again that’s the way twitter works too , if you reply to someone (or in this case, more than once) you’re either considered upset or care too much. But he’s also right then by saying not to take Sleeper accounts seriously. It’s purely for impressions for that $$.

Also the twins arent close to being a competitive team so having those guys arent serving any value. trade your guys approaching 30 for high prospects and build your core around the same age.

Maybe the only likely one would be Robbie Ray and he’s def a true rental given his age. A team trading for peralta could be inclined to a multi year extension.
