🚨 NYC JUST LET A MAN WALK AFTER A SUBWAY DEATH — WITH A MISDEMEANOR TICKET.
A 55-year-old man is dead after being punched on a crowded Midtown subway platform… and the suspect ( below) was released with nothing more than a misdemeanor ticket.
21-year-old Nassadir Tate allegedly punched the man in the face after the two bumped into each other and exchanged words. Surveillance video shows Tate walking away while the victim collapsed minutes later.
The 55-year-old was rushed to the hospital in critical condition… and died hours later.
Police arrested Tate the next day using video evidence.
But instead of serious charges for a death, he was only charged with third-degree assault — a misdemeanor.
No bail.
No jail.
Just a ticket and a court date on April 1.
This is what “justice” looks like under New York’s progressive policies.
A man is dead… and the suspect is already back on the street.
How does someone allegedly punch a man who later dies… and walk away with a misdemeanor ticket? 🤯

🚨BREAKING: Sen. John Kennedy is moving to put the SAVE America Act as RECONCILIATION, which only needs 50+1 votes.
Reconciliation means they can pass it with 50 votes, not 60.
If the SAVE America Act is written as a budget-related bill (money, funding, enforcement) it qualifies for reconciliation which allows it to pass with a simple majority.
Why has it taken so long to come up with this?
Why is Senator Kennedy coming up with it? … Instead of our leader John Thune?
Thune has to go!

CNN just fact-checked Chuck Schumer live on air and wrecked him. Schumer claimed the SAVE Act “appeals to only the most fringe element of the MAGA base.” CNN instantly put up the numbers:
White Americans: 85% support voter ID
Latino Americans: 82%
Black Americans: 76%
The anchor straight-up said:
“Voter ID is NOT controversial in this country. Not by party. Not by race. The vast majority of Americans support it.”
Schumer just called 76% of Black Americans, 82% of Latinos, and 85% of Whites “fringe MAGA.”
They don’t oppose voter ID because it’s unpopular. They oppose it because it works.
Time to nuke the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.
