A lot of dementia/delirium care happens in the community for older persons, out of sight but not out of mind. An army of social workers and nurses able to spot when Mom is not Mom, and can call for help. It's so vital to spot delirium superimposed on dementia. #WDAD2024

I needed to read this to day, as I am struggling with a recurring chest infection, tested pos for Covid last week, then negative & then positive. Rubbish tests. Called GP & told by receptionist to go to Walk in Centre ,coughing & with 39 fever. !!!
