@Belshagy Actually, emotions and sentiments are what has been destroying mankind. Unlike humans with a soul, AI will not ask for bribes, will not tell you the things you want to hear, etc. AI will only tell you the honest truth without fear or favor.

AI is an incredible invention, but we are overestimating its capabilities. At least that is what I believe.

@JaloAbba I understand. I am Tech graduate. All I am saying is that, it may be intelligent, but it will never have a soul; consciousness, develop emotions, or apply wisdom. So there will be a limit to what it can achieve without human assistance or continued supervision.

@Belshagy I absolutely know what you mean, Bello. And I am talking about the positive impacts too. Let me tell you, when the world gets to the peak of AI, 90% of diseases will be solved, poverty will be eradicated, and you wouldn’t need to see a human being to be treated at a hospital.

@Belshagy It is a tool to be used by man and it can never take the place of human thinking. The overestimation is in line with the greed of Capitalism.

@JaloAbba We shall find out eventually. However, when I say capabilities, I am taking about positive impact not its ability to cause harm. It could be highly destructive but cannot replace human purpose; in the way easily believe it’ll render the labour force useless.

@Belshagy We are actually underestimating its powers and capabilities.

If I were President of Nigeria, I would partner with all 35 states except Lagos and Abuja to establish at least one industrial cluster in each, based on their comparative advantage within my first four years. This industry would significantly impact production, creating a more balanced national economy. Decisions are made in Abuja, and goods are exported through the already industrially crowded lagos.

@jollofqueeno @Abdulrahmanleme The contract was awarded, which is what governments do. When contractors failed, it was re-awarded. While he technically fulfilled his obligation, it didn’t actually happen. His “confession” was more humility and taking responsibility than blaming others.

@Belshagy @Abdulrahmanleme Lol. There is nothing we will not see in this country. I read Shagari's confession. Promise in 79, contract in 82, yet Mambilla is still waiting. Same script, different actors.

In his autobiography, President Shehu Shagari recalled his campaign visit to the Mambilla Plateau, where he promised the people he would reconstruct the difficult road leading to their community. Although his administration awarded the contract in 1982, the contractor failed to deliver. The contract was terminated and re-awarded, but the project was still unfinished by the time his government was overthrown in December 1983. Curiosity surrounding developments regarding Mambilla made me wanted to know if he has anything to say about it @Abdulrahmanleme

Breaking News: 🎉President Tinubu Approves Immediate Construction of Airstrip on Mambilla Plateau in Gembu A team of engineers and contractors have visited the Mambilla Plateau to inspect the site for the new airstrip, following presidential approval for immediate construction. The delegation was led by Senator Marafa Bashir Abba Wazirin Mambilla and Alh @Abdulrahmanleme, Madakin Mambilla. Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
