Scuffed Parti App Update: Servers and database are hosted. Notis are set up and stream/chat are working! Going to test on my phone for the upcoming stream and if all is good next step is to do some beta testing with some of yall.

Scuffed Parti App Update: THE PEOPLE ASKED... SO WE ADDED NOTIS. checks every min if stream is up then send noti when it detects it. i know parti is obviously going to have an app but i might just add everything to the this. (x videos, com tweets, etc)
