Not only does that affect South Africans, it also has huge burden on struggling Zimbabweans.

South Africa let’s be clear. 1. @CyrilRamaphosa was wrong to congratulate @edmnangagwa while there are disputes pending and he undermined the SADC observer report and SADC. 2. South Africans will pay the price of failed elections in Zimbabwe. It’s a very high cost to us all.
