@2147mill How so? It doesn’t get paid back. Doesn’t need to sell asset. Only needs new money if you want to sell your holdings. But that’s the same with any stock or share.

@Ben4728473 Semantics and business abilities allow for make it looks like sclx is not institutional money, but it is. Sclx itself might looks like a private company but it’s working capital is mostly institutional money. It’s an egg without shell🤷‍♂️

@Unpellizquito The stock sucks yes. The company is making nothing but major improvements. SCLX isn’t an institution nor is a blue chip company, an institution is defined by the SEC as an entity with over 100m in investment discretion. Which none of them qualify as. It won’t be a BR or VG tho.
