My wife and I are rewatching Daredevil, so the hallway fight scene from Episode 2(?) is definitely on my mind. But if I'm being honest, the first fight scene that comes up as my favorite right now is the fight scene in Red's house from Pineapple Express. Genius.

@crunchixe I designed folk music trolls and sea shanty trolls a while back! I’m a garbage artist so the drawings aren’t great but the idea of other music genre trolls is super intriguing! Sea Shanties

im debating on designing trolls of unseen genres. i need a cumbia troll. bachata troll. folk music troll,,,, i made my sona a rock troll but in truth they would be a shapeshifting troll because of how much music i like😭

I painted this one last year and she loved it so much but I had to sell it and couldn’t give it to her. I was planning to paint a bigger one for her but obviously didn’t get the chance. So I tried to use it as a starting point and then give it everything ive got. I dunno.

Ok well, mostly done. Just gotta add a couple details on the AM, re-sand the little spots where I got paint, stain and seal the mahogany, and put all the brass hardware back on. 🫤

I want so bad to make work that is honest and meaningful. I want to make things that encourage empathy. I'm afraid I'm not educated enough or it will become too (I can't think of the right word but) self important or dramatic and empty.

There are some things I would think we'd have moved past as a society by now. I get way too upset when I think about it. Seriously, who are these savages among us who are supporting the single-ply toilet paper industry? It's not okay anymore. We should do better.

I see a lot of negativity secondhand, but the folks I follow are much more focused on craft, improvement, and lifting up others. I'm thankful for that. 2/2

In the land of comics discourse, it seems the folks who are sitting on skill and some level of accomplishment talk more positively about furthering that skill and how to help others do the same. It's nice. 1/2
