Ruby vs Maka premieres soon. We put our entire soul into this one. When I became an artist making sprite animations I never imagined I would be able to make something like this. I guess this is what happens when you Keep Moving Forward. I hope you enjoy the episode, Monty.

My first DB was Ep 100. It's wild to see just how much Ben, Luis, and this crew has evolved in that amount of time. I just watched it and it's incredible. From the writers, editors, ANIMATORS, sound design, music, VO, research, etc. Monty would be proud!

Why is this weekend's Ruby VS Maka ep 200? It means a lot to us. Monty Oum (creator of #RWBY @OfficialRWBY) was a big inspiration for #DeathBattle & supported us a ton. Before he passed, he asked us if we could do this matchup some day. Almost time for the day we waited for!🌹
