@Degrata254 I terms of transport costs, buying a bike is a small financial miracle. Sometimes you even cruise at less than matatu fares

Sergey Lavrov announced that Bashar al-Assad and his family have been officially granted Russian citizenship, noting that this step comes as Assad transitions to the business sector in Russia.
Lavrov explained that Assad has established several companies and projects, most notably a comprehensive eye surgery hospital, adding that he is now considered a prominent businessman in the country after his official retirement from political life.
He added that this move falls within the established legal framework, which allows for granting citizenship to investors and businesspeople who contribute to the Russian economy through their projects and investments.

On Friday, 27/3/26, I formally served @CMAKenya with my objection to the proposed exemption sought by Asahi from the mandatory requirement to make a take-over offer to all shareholders in the ongoing Asahi-Diageo transaction over EABL. The regulator must step in to protect minority shareholders.
A thread on why this matters for the integrity of the NSE:

@onnehpaul @Thuranira_1 Yes. Minus the emotional arguments that's the cold hard truth.

Mshatulia sindio;
1. #HarambeeStars is our national pride. Whether the coach is going to call Joakins Atudo or Githeri Man to the team, as a fan, with the questions that might linger, your duty is to support that team.
2. Zech Obiero ought to have been with this team earlier. He has always been a class above his peers.
3. The entire team had a slow start, Odada was worse in the first half. Dude had an improved second half but decided to be a clown when it mattered.
4. I hope Job Ochieng's injury wasn't something worse. We need him fit for the coming assignments.
5. Lenkunpae might be unattached, but his efforts when we didn't have the ball were on point. No one would question his commitment.
6. Ronney Onyango isnt a right back. That's one hill Ill die on.
7. Despite his lack of action at club level, Manzur Okwaro is a special talent. My prayer is that his loan deal can be turned into a permanent one. Were it not for my injury, he is a player I would have enjoyed playing with.
8. With the options we had for this game, Chris Alpha should have started that game.
9. I cant wait to have Zak Vyner in that defence. He will be a proper addition to this team.
10. AFC Leopards is playing a league game tomorrow.

@onnehpaul @Thuranira_1 Wives are overrated in inheritance matters. It's the weakest and most fickle of all relationships that a deceased man has.

They say you raise the bar with your guests& this year I started from the very top.
Five years old, standing on my shoulders, doing what he does best.
Together we made a Kenyan classic. Ugali, Nyama choma and Kachumbari.
One day he’ll stand on his own but today, we stood side by side, growing my greatest legacy and my best friend.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

In January, there's a guy who purchased re-bars at a hardware in Kitengela, Kajiado. He paid in full amount (800k) but didn't collect the goods instead he asked the hardware owner to keep them for him but got a receipt. Ofcourse the prices of rebars have gone up since then.
This morning he asked the hardware owner to prepare the rebars for him to collect. The hardware owner says, yes the rebars are available but the prices I got this stock for were higher so you have to top up 400k to make 1.2m.
My friend is demanding his rebars, at the amount he purchased them in January. The hardware owner on the other hand says you either top up 400k or I refund your 800k.
Who's right, who's wrong?. Discuss.
